"I had never used Miami Lux before so I was a bit nervous. I shouldn't have been. Chef Tatiana and her crew were amazing! Professional, personable, on time, and left the kitchen immaculate. They interacted with guests at our Super Bowl party with deft aplomb and enhanced the experience for our guests as a result. I am not sure there are enough superlatives to describe the fare that was prepared! We did a very non-traditional Super Bowl menu. People who said they don't eat oysters, gobbled up Chef's tequila granita oysters. The sashimi of salmon and tuna was expertly carved and the presentation was beautiful. Chef made brie melts and they were gone in an instant. The wagyu with caramelized onions melted on your tongue. The lamb chops had amazing flavor and the chicken satay had a great kick. Chef's Mac & Cheese with lobster is better than I've eaten anywhere, and I have a pretty good list of places I've eaten around the world. That's not even all we had but every morsel was done to perfection. We will absolutely use Chef Tatiana and her team again. We feel as though not only were our bellies were fed but so were our souls. We feel like we made new friends! I'd give them more than 5 stars if allowed. Thank you."
